  4. Return and Refunds: The provision of goods and services by BookFish is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, BookFish will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee. Refund of credit card payments made to Paygate will attract the current Paygate refund or chargeback fees. Remainders and publishers-returns may have imperfections, please read the condition report and accompanying information. BookFish will not be held responsible for any imperfections, when you purchase any products you are agreeing to have understood this disclaimer and will not hold BookFish liable for any imperfections.

  6. Payment options accepted: Credit Card payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard using Paygate. We accept EFT directly into our bank account only from South African banks. Payment via PayPal can be made by arrangement
  7. Card acquiring and security: Card transactions will be acquired for BookFish via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website.   9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency: The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR). Payment in US Dollars (USD) using PayPal is available on request only.
  10. Responsibility: BookFish takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
